Southwest Therapy Partners, LLC (STP) is a consolidation platform that acquires a majority interest in outpatient physical therapy clinics. STP will partner with local leadership to optimize profitability and sell at a maximal return as part of a larger, multistate consolidation platform. The STP enterprise will generate a higher EBITDA multiple upon exit for investors, as well as the clinic owners who choose to partner with STP.
